Daily Steps goal: 2,912/2,000 for now, but every 2 weeks, I need to up my step goal by +2k. For example, 2,000 + 2,000 = 4,000 + 2,000 = 6,000 + 2,000 = 8,000 + 2,000 = 10,000 etc...
It's the start of the New Year and I'm already traveling and already going to a big family event. In the past, I would psych myself out before family events and I would say, "I'm not feeling well" or "I'm sick".
It's that time of month for women and I pushed myself to go, since it's my cousin's wedding. I'm just a guest with no part being in the bridal party that's forced to stand up there during the wedding process
I'm happy that I'm forcing myself to go to one of the first family events of the year. I'm also going to put a spread sheet of my steps of the month with the total of steps I did for the month and at the end of this year, I will post the total steps I took for the whole year.
